A Perfect Salad
I've tried a lot of salad variations throughout the years but this is my favorite. It's the perfect combination of salty and sweet. Plus it's filling enough to keep you full for hours. Play with the combinations and find one that works for you. I suggest making your own salad dressing or buying a raw dressing at a health food store. Don't ruin this perfect salad with a crapy processed dressing!
  • Kale chopped
  • ½ an apple chopped
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • hemp seeds
  • walnuts
  • goji berries
  • sauerkraut
  • Dressing of choice
