Almond Butter Bark
I think I found my newest addiction. Almond Butter Bark! Yes it is as amazing as it sounds. The best part is that it is practically sugar free, making it a great sweet treat for anyone on a cleanse.
  • ½ cup of Coconut Oil
  • ⅓ cup of raw Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp of Molasses or Raw Honey
  • Cacao nibs
  1. Heat up the almond butter and coconut oil in a sauce pan until liquid.
  2. Add in molasses or honey and stir.
  3. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with cacao nibs, and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Once solid break up into smaller pieces and store in the fridge.
I love almond butter! It’s my favorite any time snack. Any time you are hungry have some almond butter and it will take the edge off. Why because almonds have a great balance of fiber, protein, and fat. Almonds promote heart health and help to lower cholesterol. They are also packed with antioxidant Vitamin E, the anti-aging nutrient. And there have been countless studies that show almonds effectiveness in helping you lose weight.

Is Coconut oil really as amazing as everyone claims? Yes, yes it is. There pretty much isn’t anything that coconut oil can’t do. From helping you lose weight, kill bacteria and fungus, lower cholesterol, boost brain function, and strengthen your immune system. Add it to everything!
