We've all heard the phrase day an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I would argue that drinking green juice every day will keep the doctor away. So why not combine them. This simple juice has all your alkalizing greens plus all the nutrition and vitamins from an apple. Drink every day for optimal health.

  • A handful of Parsley
  • 1 large Cucumber

  • 2 inch piece of Ginger

  1. Add ingredients to juicer one at a time, and serve.

Apples are the perfect add in to green juice because not only do they make everything taste good, but they also deliver a lot of nutritional value as well. They are packed full of antioxidants and the juice actually helps with the bodies detoxification process. Apples also contain a substance called malic acid, that helps maintain liver function and improves digestion.
