Buddha Bowl

Buddha Bowl
I don't know if there are any "rules" behind creating a Buddha Bowl, but this is my version and it's delicious! Make a portion for one or enough for a feast, the quantity is up to you.
  • Cooked Quinoa
  • Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  • Roasted Beets
  • Roasted Broccoli
  • Roasted Fennel
  • Avocado
  • Sauerkraut
  • Salt and seasonings (optional)
  1. Cook quinoa
  2. Roast veggies with a little coconut oil
  3. Dish up desired amount and top with avocado and sauerkraut
