Chia Seed Blueberry Bowl
This makes a great breakfast that you can easily prepare the night before, and even bring with you to work. The chia seeds will keep you full for hours! A great way to start your day, and much healthier then that bowl of cereal.
  • 3 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • ⅓ of a cup of frozen or fresh organic Blueberries
  • Stevia
  1. Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl and let sit for an hour, or can lever overnight as well.
  2. Add stevia to taste and top with blueberries.
