Chocolate, Cherry, Chia smoothie - try saying that 10 times fast! Whenever a particular fruit is in season and in bulk (for cheap) at the grocery store, I like to stock up and freeze a bunch of them to use in smoothies. It's a great way to save on organic fruit and enjoy them all year long. This cherry smoothie was the result of all the frozen cherries I stashed away this summer. And I have to say this drink is pretty fantastic. This is the perfect recipe if you are looking for a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp of Raw Cacao
  • 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk (or nut milk of choice)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and process until smooth.
