Garlic Roasted Parsnip Chips
When I made this recipe I was purely experimenting. I had no idea how it would turn out. And I have to admit it turned out pretty freaking amazing! Yes it tastes as good as it looks. In fact shortly after taking this picture I devoured the entire batch that I had made. This is now one of my favorite go to snacks, especially when I am craving something salty and satisfying.

  • Parsnips sliced
  • Garlic Powder
  • Himalayan salt
  • Olive Oil
  1. Spread out sliced parsnips evenly on baking sheet and coat with garlic powder, himalayan salt, and olive oil.
  2. Bake at 359 for about 20 minutes or until parsnips start to brown slightly.
