Gut Friendly Broccoli Soup
 
Most people with digestive problems steer clear of Broccoli, but this soup will help to heal your gut. For one the broccoli is broken down in the blending process making it much easier to digest. This also makes the Sulforaphane in broccoli more bioavailable and this supports the healthy bacteria in the gut. Add in some collagen building bone broth to help repair leaky gut and coconut milk to help kill candida. Ingredients
  • 2 cups of Broccoli
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 2-3 cups of bone broth or chicken stock
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp of of grass fed butter
Instructions
  1. In a pot simmer broccoli, onion, garlic in bone broth stock for about 10 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  2. Add in Coconut milk and butter.
  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer soup to a blender and process until smooth.
