Detoxes and cleanses are all the craze right now. With everyone on a New Years resolution high it's a great time to get serious about your health. But instead of buying a bunch of fancy powdered detox drinks try this simple recipe instead. This is how I start my day, a little lemon, a little cayenne. It's alkalizing and detoxifying. This is an easy way to detox your body every morning.

  1. This ones pretty self explanatory, just be careful with the Cayenne, only add a pinch!
