Pear Smoothie
I'm not a huge fan of pears in general so I was taken by surprise when my boyfriend put together this smoothie and I loved it! The combination of flavors is delicious, and it has quickly become my new favorite smoothie. Below is the basic recipe, you can also add in a fiber mixture or chia seeds without it changing the taste.
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 cup of Kale
  • ½ cup of frozen Pineapple
  • 1 scoop of Superfood Protein (sold at our office)
  • Almond or Coconut Milk
  • Ice
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and process until smooth
