Simple Salad Dressing
This simple salad dressing was created by my health coach Candice Trinklein. Candice is a pro in the kitchen, and is great at whipping up easy and quick recipes. This dressing can be made in a flash and works for pretty much any salad. If you thought that making your own salad dressing would be a pain, give this one a try. It's easier then you think.
I don't follow measurements with this recipe so the below is just suggested amounts. Feel free to play with it. Also if you want a super quick version substitute garlic powder for the garlic cloves and just mix in a bowl.
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Organic Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves or Garlic Powder
  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor until smooth.
Lemons are amazing and should be consumed in some shape or form every day. They are extremely alkalizing which is important when you are detoxifying. Any cleanse will include lemon, because it too helps guide toxins out of the body. In fact ancient Egyptians used lemons as an effective protective agent against a variety of poisons. Plus you get a nice boost to your immune system with Lemons high dose of vitamin C.

Raw garlic is antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-inflamatory. It pretty much does it all! If you are going through a cleanse, garlic is one of the best things you can eat to help rebalance your digestive system and kill off candida and parasites.

Yellow mustard seeds are high in antioxidants and are nutrient dense with selenium, which is known to have anti-inflammatory properties. In addition to being packed with minerals thy are also anti-viral and anti-fungal.
