Who doesn't love a crunchy sweet and salty snack? And who knew that you kind find that kind of satisfaction with Chickpeas?! This recipe is beyond easy and one that I will make over and over again. This is such a tasty and nutritious snack to always have on hand.
Recipe type: Snack
  • 1 can of Chickpeas drained
  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
  • Cinnamon
  • Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil
  1. Combine chickpeas with coconut sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, and olive oil.
  2. Lay out on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Chickpeas are packed full of Fiber and Protein which will help to not only fill you up and keep your digestion on track. They support the cardiovascular system by lowering cholesterol, and also helps to control insulin by regulating blood sugar.
