The Tastiest Salmon Burgers Ever
Presumptuous title I know. But these are really really tasty! I have my Uncle Richard to thank for this delicious and easy recipe. With just a few ingredients and only 20 minutes in the kitchen this is a great dish to make during a busy weeknight. Serve however you like, with a salad, on a bun, side of tarter sauce, etc.. For me this is my lunch for a week, that is if I don't eat it all in one serving.

  • 1lb of fresh Salmon
  • ¼ cup of Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of Artichoke Hearts
  • 2-3 tbsp of Capers
  1. Divide Salmon and add ½ to the food processor, and cut the other half into chunk size pieces.
  2. In the food processor combine ½ salmon, dijon mustards, artichoke hearts, and capers.
  3. Once combined add the processed ingredients to the chunk size pieces of salmon and add breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix it all together to form patties.
  5. Cook patties on the stove top or in a George Forman grill.
