I'm obsessed with my new Spiralizer! This might just be my favorite kitchen appliance! I recently discovered how ridiculously easy it is to make Zucchini pasta. Not to mention how satisfying zucchini noodles can be. If you are going grain free but miss your pasta then you will definitely want to get yourself a Spiralizer. Plus if you are pressed for time It literally takes 5 minutes at the most to put this dish together. Feel free to make your own modifications with the sauce. I've also made this with some vegan pesto, which taste amazing. Throw in some extra veggies, chicken, or nuts to make it a more substantial dish.

  • Zucchini
  • Avocado
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  1. Take the Zucchini through the spiralizer and place noodles in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients into a food processor. Play with the amount of lemon juice and olive oil depending on desired taste and consistency.

They are known for a wide variety of anti-inflammatory benefits due to its high nutrient content. This makes it a great immune booster and cancer fighter. Overall one of the best foods you can eat, hands down!
